What causes the rotation of objects around a gravitational center?
For example, before the formation of our solar system, there was a cloud of cosmic dust and gas. This dust began to swirl around a central point to connect and become a star. The remaining gas and dust around the star rotates slowly to form the planets, comets and asteroids. What causes this rotation? Why did not the collapse of protoplanetary disk directly into the sun or protostar? If you have a cloud of gas with low momentum and run a strong gravitational force at the center, the cloud begins to rotate around this point directly or collapse inward in the direction of the gravitational force?

Sharad Sanghi, CEO and MD, Netmagic Solutions shares the problems of cloud with the CTO forum. Here are the excerpts: Q: Netmagic Solutions Cloud computing has introduced services on the Indian market, but there are a number of concerns attached to it. What are the main concerns that your customers again? come
Q: So what is the legal problem in cloud computing at all? A: In fact, a lot of things! A key challenge for the legal service is abuse of the cloud resources. Maintaining control is key to ensuring legal security compliance. From a providers’ perspective, the licensing is not yet fully developed and there are challenges in relation to controls on the measurement of use and legal violations. Q: Assume that a security breach occurs in the cloud, which should be responsible? A: There are two aspects. If an injury happens because of the negligence of the Cloud service provider, then yes, we have the full responsibility. It may be a violation by leaks in the client’s internal network, in which case the responsibility not of us. We clearly the service level agreement (SLA) with the user company and hold to it even in the event of an injury. Q: Apparently, Cloud Computing is not cut much ice with the SMBs ? A benefit: unlike your watch, every business, regardless of its size, can of Cloud Computing. This technology makes sense solution for large enterprises, medium enterprises, small and medium enterprises. Based on the nature of their activity and size, companies will have different demands on Cloud Computing. We have successful customers in different industries, which are cut from services tailored to their needs. Most of these are vertical agnostic and can be used for different applications and platforms. on our previous experiences are based, there is absolutely no substance in the assumption that Cloud is an expensive undertaking. Q: Were there issues relating to interoperability in the use of cloud infrastructure? A: When we offer our services cloud, the interoperability is a non-issue, and users have a seamless experience. Given the fact that this technology is still in development, interoperability concerns could there be. Q: A recent McKinsey report says that is overrated and expensive computing cloud. How do you defend this stand?
A: This is perhaps not quite right. Although I was not the numbers, but can be easily handled by the correct adoption of cloud computing, the main challenges of the IT departments.
It offers zero CAPEX (thus favoring start-ups), and also offers ready-to-use IT infrastructure. Furthermore, an important advantage reducing OPEX. Since it is administered to a platform, it helps in saving electricity costs. Direct scalability, no long-term contracts, the resources available in real time, various technical and operational benefits and pay-per-use model, some of the other major benefits of cloud infrastructure. Q: The security aspect of cloud computing is still suspect. What are providers like Amazon, Microsoft and IBM do to address these concerns?
A: While a few cases may be genuine, security concerns have largely around the cloud perceptions. But we believe in having all the security measures for cloud services we offer possible.
